My bamboo plant arrived safely, in tact and healthy. It was packaged well to protect it. Perfect addition to my home office. Doesn’t look cheap or tacky either. It’s really pretty in my humble opinion but I also don’t exactly have a green thumb, hence why I’m buying a bamboo plant to begin with hahaaaaa

I recommend this company/product. It is almost 18” high including the pot. It looks healthy and strong. I appreciated the ridged plastic form it was wrapped inside because it did a good job protecting the stems and leaves from damage. It was 2 parts, one almost like a pot at the bottom that held the plant in the center of the box and the another form inside that was higher holding the plant upright. The box is about 20” high and so was plastic form. I can’t drive and it’s hard getting rides especially during this time of year so if I want more plants I will go Arcadia Garden Products. This is a gift

Item arrived and was not in very good condition. We were hoping with water and time, it would get better. It has not and leaves are dying.
