I’ve owned and flown two other drones from different brands before purchasing the Bingchat drone, and this one truly stands out. It offers incredible value for the price, with a robust build, an excellent camera, and surprisingly easy flight controls.The after-sales customer service has also been exceptional, exceeding my expectations.I primarily use drones for security sight surveys, and it has been an invaluable tool. The ease of use and the high-quality images it captures make it perfect for this purpose.I rarely leave product reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with the Bingchat drone. This Drone is amazing!
This drone is amazing! I am so pleased at the way that it performs. It’s heavy enough to withstand a good amount of wind, and the camera shots are spectacular. The functionality of the remote control and the screen is clear, the directions are easy to follow. I had some cheaper drones prior to this one to practice with. I am glad that I had a little practice with the other cheaper drones, because you can afford to make mistakes. However, this drone flies so well, I really doubt that I’m going to have any issues with crashes. I highly recommend this drone to anyone starting out, or even a pro ! I plan on using this for vacation to fill the sites. The battery life is very good and outlast all the other drones that I have purchased prior to this one. I highly recommend it. I thank you for this quality product.

good drone you may need to turn on google maps “allow all the time” to get maps on bingfun application to work properly. Connect to home or cell phone wifi. watch videos for instructions. After you turn “allow all the time” on map app in systems applications. Find and open map app. click on little dot on right bottom corner. It will ask you do you want to use precise location. Click yes use precise location. It may take a couple minutes to find location. After that you can use find plane function in bingfun app to locate drone. You should be able to use the google maps on the drone app bingfun.

Nice drone…needs better built batteries.
This is a revised, more accurate review.I left a 2 star review originally, because I had/have problems with both battery lock/release tabs.Both are not staying together.One, before I ever used it, the other the first time I took it out of the drone.One has a broken plastic tab.These batteries are garbage and take FOREVER to charge!You can’t leave them unattended while charging either.These are the worst batteries I have ever seen in any drone, AT ANY PRICE!I’M SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

Great Customer service
I bought two of the these for their reasonable price and great reviews. I did find the drones very easy to use right out of the box, much better than my last experience.I had a problem with one of my drones where it got away from me. I’m honestly not sure what exactly happened but it could be a combination of user error, weather, etc. I reached out to see if the company could help me find where the drone went down. The logs actually have the coordinates but they did one even better and agreed to send a new drone and battery replacement! Truly amazing customer service.

Drone has good potential, and tech support is great.
I’m averaging the 3-star product (for now) with 5-star support, because while the drone is worth the money versus others and tech support is great. I’m just skeptical it’s never going to get to the advertised 29K feet, or even half that. With 2 attempts I haven’t made it to 5500 ft before the video cuts out (or disappears altogether) and I have to return. That said, there’s a lot going on where I’m flying (i.e. traffic, trees, electrical lines) so maybe the 29K is perfect conditions.The tech support is great though, I’ve sent 10 notes and they’ve always been super helpful and quick to respond.If we get the range thing figured out, I’m going to need a 6th star.

I am very happy with this drone and as well the customer service. It fly’s very well and it does have some transmission delays but nothing that i would look down on as a beginner i am very pleased with this as i can go through out my entire neighborhood and as high as the clouds. The customer service is amazing. I strongly suggest this drone and company. you will be disappointed.

not as advertised, in accurate telemetry, (10 ‘ off the ground it says you’re at 60’) battery’s take 4 hours + to charge… not worth the $$$ & Hassel3/4/25 I have been in contact with their tech support and they assured me that they corrected the footage issue…By downloading/ updating the controllerBut I have already returned the drone so I can not confirm…
